How fast will I get a response after contacting you?
We reply to WhatsApp enquiries as soon as possible during business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am–1:00pm).
Can I book a free installation survey?
Yes. Site surveys for new installations are free. Send HJ your address and requirements and we will arrange a visit time.
Do you charge a call-out fee for quotations?
There is no charge for a new-installation site survey. Existing-system diagnostics and outstation visits have different arrangements; HJ confirms any attendance, labour, parts and travel charges before you authorise a visit.
What information should I prepare before contacting you?
Your property type and location, the system(s) you're interested in, and roughly how many entry points or areas need coverage — we'll confirm the rest during the site survey.

Existing-system diagnosis & repair
A repair visit is different from a new-installation survey. Diagnostic attendance, labour and replacement parts are confirmed with you before work is authorised.
Outstation & travel
Share the exact site location. Travel charges, technician availability and the visit schedule are confirmed before attendance; listing a service area does not mean every visit is free.
