HJ Service Master · Installed-System Care

Annual Maintenance Contracts for Integrated Systems in Kuching & Sarawak

Bring several installed systems into one documented maintenance plan. HJ first records the asset condition, ownership, serviceability and required response before proposing visit frequency and an agreed service boundary.

Maintenance Model

Five ways to structure the agreed care level

These are planning models—not unconfirmed packages or prices. HJ recommends the appropriate model after the asset baseline and operational requirement are known.

01

Reactive

A documented callout route for confirmed faults, with response and exclusions agreed in the contract.

02

Preventive

Scheduled inspection, cleaning, tests and service records intended to reduce avoidable failures.

03

Comprehensive

A broader planned-and-reactive scope with inclusions, parts and response explicitly written into the contract.

04

Predictive

Health indicators and trends are reviewed where the installed platform exposes reliable data.

05

Inspection

A defined condition or compliance-support check; it does not automatically include repair or certification.

Written Scope

What the AMC must define

The proposal should remove ambiguity before the first planned visit.

Contract record

  • Asset register and installed condition
  • Included systems, zones and locations
  • Visit frequency and planned checks
  • Reactive response and escalation route
  • Included labour, parts and exclusions
  • Access, downtime and third-party coordination
  • Service reports and outstanding risks
  • Review, renewal and upgrade recommendations

No automatic all-inclusive promise

A comprehensive scope, parts inclusion, response time or emergency attendance applies only when written in the accepted contract. Regulated scopes require the responsible qualified or appointed persons. Existing defects may be quoted separately after the baseline inspection.

AMC Onboarding

Build the contract from evidence

The initial survey creates a serviceable asset baseline before visit frequency and response terms are proposed.

Record the symptom

Tell HJ the system, location, fault, recent changes and operational impact.

Confirm ownership & boundary

We identify administrator access, warranty, third parties, regulated scope and customer responsibilities.

Inspect & diagnose

A technician checks the agreed system path and records findings before replacement or reconfiguration.

Approve the action

Repair, replacement, configuration, testing or upgrade proceeds only against the confirmed scope and quotation.

Verify & document

HJ tests the agreed outcome, records remaining limitations and recommends the next maintenance action.

Build an AMC around your actual installed assets

Send the site location, system type, fault symptom, equipment photo and operational impact. HJ will confirm the appropriate assessment route before work is scheduled.
