Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. These general terms apply to installation and maintenance services provided by HJ Security Sdn Bhd (1341868-U). Specific pricing, scope and warranty terms for your project are confirmed in your individual quotation, not by this page.

Site Surveys & Quotations

Site surveys within our service area are provided free of charge and without obligation. A quotation issued after a site survey is valid for the period stated on the quotation; pricing may change if project scope, materials, or site conditions change materially between survey and installation.

Installation Work

We install systems according to the design confirmed with you following the site survey. Any changes to scope requested after work has begun may affect the price and timeline, and will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Warranty

Installation work carries a warranty period confirmed at the time of quotation — see our Warranty & Support page for general terms. Equipment manufacturer warranties are separate and are honoured according to each manufacturer's own terms.

Maintenance (AMC) Plans

Reactive, Preventive, Comprehensive, Predictive and Inspection maintenance models are subject to the written scope agreed at sign-up, including visit frequency, response boundaries, included work, parts and exclusions. The applicable model is confirmed after the installed assets and operational requirements are reviewed.

Limitation

These general terms are provided for information and do not replace the specific terms in your signed quotation or service agreement. If anything here conflicts with your individual agreement, your signed agreement takes precedence.
