Installation is day one. Here's what's covered afterward, and how to reach us if something needs attention.

What's Covered

Installation Warranty

Our installation work carries a warranty period confirmed at the time of your quotation — covering our workmanship, wiring and installation. The exact period depends on the system installed; we'll confirm this in writing as part of your quotation.

Equipment itself (cameras, panels, terminals) carries its own manufacturer warranty, separate from our installation warranty. If a unit fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, we handle the replacement process on your behalf.

Getting Support

  • Describe the issue and, if possible, a photo or video
  • We'll advise next steps — remote troubleshooting or a site visit

Already Past Your Warranty Period?

Our Bronze, Silver and Gold maintenance (AMC) plans keep systems inspected and prioritised for support long after the original installation warranty ends — including systems originally installed by other contractors, in most cases.
