Meeting Room & AV Systems in Kuching, Sarawak

Video conference cameras, interactive displays and commercial screens installed and wired properly — not a laptop balanced on a chair pointed at a TV.

What We Install

Three Core Meeting Room Systems

Video Conference Systems

Camera, microphone and speaker setups for remote meetings — sized to your room, from a small huddle space to a full boardroom.

Interactive Displays

Touchscreen displays for training rooms and meeting rooms — write, annotate and control content directly on screen.

Commercial Displays

Large-format screens for presentations, reception areas and signage, mounted and wired cleanly.

Video Conferencing

Sized to Your Room, Not One-Size-Fits-All

A 4-person huddle room and a 12-person boardroom need genuinely different camera coverage and microphone pickup. We assess your room during the survey and recommend equipment that actually covers everyone clearly, rather than a single webcam that leaves half the table out of frame.

Who Needs This

  • Offices running regular remote or hybrid meetings
  • Training centres needing clear presenter and room audio
  • Boardrooms wanting a permanent, always-ready setup
Interactive & Commercial Displays

Touchscreen Training Rooms, Clean Signage

Interactive displays suit training rooms and collaborative meeting spaces where presenters need to write and annotate directly on screen. Commercial displays suit reception areas, presentation rooms and general signage where a large, reliable screen is what matters — we'll recommend based on how the space is actually used, not just what looks impressive in a catalog.

Installation Includes

  • Wall/mount installation and cable concealment
  • Network and power planning for the room
  • Setup and testing before handover
FAQ

Meeting Room & AV Questions

What's the difference between an interactive display and a regular commercial display?
A commercial display is a standard large-format screen for presentations or signage. An interactive display adds touchscreen capability, letting presenters write, annotate and control content directly on the screen — commonly used in training rooms and modern meeting rooms.
Can you integrate video conferencing with our existing meeting room display?
In most cases yes, depending on your existing display and network setup. We assess compatibility during the site survey and recommend the camera, microphone and speaker setup needed.
Do you handle the cabling for meeting room AV, or just the equipment?
Both. We plan and install cabling for displays, cameras and audio as part of the same job, so wiring stays concealed and the room looks clean, not like an afterthought.
How many people can one video conference camera cover?
This depends on the camera's field of view and the room's shape — a wide-angle camera can cover a mid-size boardroom, while larger rooms may need multiple cameras or a dedicated conferencing bar. We size this to your specific room during the survey.
