HJ Integrated Systems · Connectivity & Communications

Network, WiFi & Communications System Packages

Connectivity is the working path between people, devices and services. HJ quantifies points, access points, users, calls and TV outlets, then delivers the selected cabling, network, endpoint, configuration, testing and handover as a complete system. Audiovisual endpoints remain part of the Audiovisual & Collaboration scope even when they use this infrastructure.

Four HJ Communication Families

Choose the service the site must carry

The four packages can stand alone or share a coordinated network. The final quotation states capacity, service boundary, licences, internet/carrier responsibility and acceptance tests.

HJ WiFi

Wireless coverage

Delivers managed wireless coverage matched to floor plan, construction, device count, user density and outdoor exposure.

Best for
Homes, offices, schools, hospitality, warehouses, commercial sites and outdoor areas.
Complete scope
Coverage and user assessment, Home/Business/Enterprise/Outdoor architecture, access points, controller or cloud management where specified, switching/cabling, staff and guest networks, security settings, tests and handover.
Confirm before quotation
State Wi-Fi Ready, Wi-Fi Connected or Wi-Fi Included. Internet service, subscriptions and guaranteed RF performance outside the surveyed scope are not assumed.

HJ Network Complete

Wired and managed core

Combines structured cabling, rack, switching, firewall boundary and wireless infrastructure into one documented site network.

Best for
Businesses, institutions and developments that need an organised, expandable communication backbone.
Complete scope
Point schedule, copper/fibre backbone where specified, rack and patching, managed switches, VLAN or guest segmentation, firewall/router coordination, labels, certification or functional tests appropriate to scope and documentation.
Confirm before quotation
ISP service, cybersecurity management, licences and client IT policy must be assigned explicitly. A network install is not automatically a managed IT service.

HJ SIP Telephony

IP calls

Coordinates SIP phones, PBX or hosted service boundary, numbering and call flow for the approved office or multi-branch workflow.

Best for
Offices, reception, guardhouse and multi-branch sites moving calls over IP.
Complete scope
Endpoint and user schedule, compatible IP phones, PBX or cloud boundary, LAN/PoE requirements, numbering, call groups, supported trunks, configuration, tests and training.
Confirm before quotation
Carrier/SIP trunk, emergency calling, recording, cloud subscription and number porting are third-party or regulated service scopes unless explicitly included.

HJ TV & Media

SMATV or IPTV

Distributes selected television or managed media sources to the required guest rooms, units or displays.

Best for
Hotels, apartments, hospitals, staff accommodation and commercial premises.
Complete scope
SMATV/MATV or IPTV architecture, source/headend boundary, distribution network, outlets or endpoints, channel/service setup, signal tests and handover.
Confirm before quotation
Content rights, subscriptions, operator service, headend licences and internet bandwidth are separate unless named.

Distribution Blueprint

How cabling, network and communication services share a defined infrastructure

WiFi, SIP and television/media distribution are separate packages that may share pathways or network infrastructure. Audiovisual systems remain a separate scope even when the approved AV design uses this network.

Scope Precision

Write capacity and service boundaries into the order

A useful quotation states what the network carries, who uses it and which services remain with the client, carrier or IT provider.

Points, APs, Users & Throughput

Size

Quantifies wired points, wireless access points, simultaneous users, application demand and future growth.

Best for
Preventing an under-sized or untestable network quote.
Complete scope
Point/user schedule, coverage areas, high-demand devices and growth allowance.
Confirm before quotation
An AP count without a floor plan, client density and construction review is not a reliable design.

Call Endpoints & TV Outlets

Endpoints

Maps extension users and media outlets to actual rooms and workflows.

Best for
SIP and TV/media packages.
Complete scope
Endpoint schedule, operator locations, media outlets and exception paths.
Confirm before quotation
The physical endpoint count and the software/licence count can be different.

Internet, Carrier, Cloud & Licence Ownership

Boundary

States which recurring services, accounts and subscriptions are provided, client-owned or third-party.

Best for
Avoiding a working local system that lacks an external service after handover.
Complete scope
Account owner, renewal responsibility, service dependencies, credential handover and support boundary.
Confirm before quotation
HJ installation does not make HJ the internet provider, SIP carrier, content licensor or managed IT operator unless separately contracted.

Clear Answers

Package selection questions

Use these answers to confirm the system boundary before model selection or quotation.

What is the difference between HJ WiFi and HJ Network Complete?

HJ WiFi focuses on wireless coverage and user experience. HJ Network Complete adds the structured cabling, rack, switching, segmentation and wider managed-network foundation.

Does a WiFi package include internet service?

Only if the quotation explicitly names it. HJ normally designs and installs the site network; the ISP service and recurring charges remain a separate boundary.

Does HJ SIP Telephony include a phone line?

Not automatically. Phones and PBX configuration are different from a SIP trunk, telephone number, carrier agreement, emergency-calling arrangement or cloud subscription.

Can AV, SIP phones and CCTV share one network?

They can when bandwidth, PoE, VLANs, resilience, security and platform compatibility are designed for the combined load. Audiovisual endpoints remain part of the AV scope even when they use the same network infrastructure.

Terminology checked against BICSI standards programme. Exact current models, regional availability and supply remain subject to the ISD catalogue.
