Kuching team, own technicians. Sibu, Bintulu and Miri on a scheduled crew — already used on Linde Gas.
Handover
Survey, design, wiring, commissioning, training, AMC. One WhatsApp number after completion.
Apartment / condo stack
Intercom · door access · lift access · barrier / LPR · SMATV / MATV · CCTV · FTTH / structured cabling · PA where specified.
Reference buildings: Fulton Park, Toorak Park, Yarra Park, Podium, Gala Residences.
Hotel / hospital / government
Hilton Kuching car park + CCTV. Sarawak General Hospital CCTV + door access. Also MBKS city monitoring, KUTS / Sarawak Metro, JKR, Immigration — scopes only, no point lists.
What we will not do
No price without a survey. No mixing random brands on a life-safety door. No publishing camera maps for government or healthcare.
