Members in, without a front desk
Face, QR or card access lets members enter during unstaffed hours, with a record of every entry.
HJ SECURITY · KUCHING & SARAWAK
Let members in easily, keep the premises safe and run the front desk with fewer staff. HJ plans and installs access, CCTV, lockers and building systems for gyms and fitness centres in Kuching and across Sarawak.
THE STARTING POINT
Face, QR or card access lets members enter during unstaffed hours, with a record of every entry.
CCTV on public areas and emergency buttons help staff respond quickly when something goes wrong.
Turnstiles and fast readers keep the entrance moving when classes start.

SYSTEMS & SCOPE
Choose the areas that match your priorities, then confirm how they work together. Open a topic for related installation or service information.
Readers at the entrance and studios for members, staff and trainers, with entry records.
Turnstiles that admit one member at a time and stop tailgating during unstaffed hours.
Cameras on the reception, workout floor, corridors and car park. Changing rooms and toilets are never covered.
Buttons at reception, studios and wet areas that alert staff or the manager.

Zoned music for the floor and studios, with announcements for classes and closing time.
Screens for class timetables, promotions and notices, managed from one place.
WiFi for members and staff that stays steady at peak hours.
Intercom at the entrance so staff or the manager can speak to visitors and open the door.
Entrance counts and occupancy figures to manage peak hours and capacity.

Energy monitoring and scheduling so lights and air-conditioning follow opening hours.

USEFUL ANSWERS
It depends on whether the membership software offers an interface. HJ checks this at the assessment and confirms what can be linked before the quotation.
No. Cameras cover public areas such as the entrance, reception, workout floor and car park. Changing rooms and toilets are never covered.
Turnstiles admit one person per valid credential. Together with entry records and CCTV at the entrance, this makes tailgating much harder.
By RFID card, QR code or PIN, depending on the locker system chosen. Short-term and assigned lockers can be mixed.
Share the gym size, opening hours and the access method you want. We will review the requirements and confirm the next step.
