HJ SECURITY · KUCHING & SARAWAK

AV, PA and security for community halls.

A community hall serves many groups with different needs. HJ plans the display, sound, projection, CCTV, access and booking systems for community halls and civic centres, so each group can use the hall without technical help.

THE STARTING POINT

Start with the everyday problem.

Clear sound for every group

Meetings, classes and celebrations all need speech that carries. Speakers and microphones are placed and set for the hall, not just plugged in.

Simple for volunteers and staff

Labelled controls and a short handover let a new organiser run a session without calling for help.

Protect a shared building

Access, cameras and alarms record who used the hall, and protect equipment when it is closed.

USEFUL ANSWERS

Questions before you start.

Can different groups book the hall and use their own access?

Yes, where agreed. Door access can be linked to booking times so each group enters only during its session.

Can a small committee operate the sound system?

Yes. Controls are labelled and simplified, and a handover session covers the common uses.

Can the hall display prayer times and notices?

Yes. An LED or digital display can show times, announcements and event notices, managed by the hall team.

Can the existing speakers and amplifier be reused?

The assessment checks condition and compatibility first. Equipment is retained where it meets the agreed requirements.

Plan your next step with HJ.
